Our Principal Licensed Conveyancer Rachael Thurn obtained her qualification in 2008 and has years of experience in rural and residential conveyancing transactions. She takes pride in her attention to detail and efficient practical work practices, helping to ensure clients’ property transactions run as smoothly as possible while keeping matters moving.
Rachael’s experience and knowledge of the property market across the region enables her to provide accurate advice and understand the potential issues that can arise for everyone from first home-buyers through to investors and rural property clients. While being able to identify issues she is practically minded in her approach to resolving them. She offers a fast turnaround time for contract drafting and reviewing and is always available to help clients and answer any questions in plain easy to understand language.
